League Of Legends New Champion, Vi, The Piltover Enforcer

The second champion coming to season 3 after Nami will be Vi. Vi is an AD Bruiser, which I think mainly goes top, from the Champion Spotlight, it seems as though she has quite some potential. She doesn't seem too OP, which most of the new Champions seem to be now days, however she seems like a useful champion to have a team which can be OP if fed, which is how it should be.
